Fixing mingw build issues. Use dll version of boost on Windows. Use official mingw gcc 4.5 with dynamic libs. This means that all boost build issues should be fixed, even on Windows.

Mac OS: Using snow leopard as build platform. PowerPC architecture no longer supported. SDK set to 10.5 (leopard) due to problems compiling boost. Hopefully still runs on 10.4 (tiger), but I cannot check...
