Now using openssl on windows instead of ms crypto api. Can't stand all these handles for the crypto api, openssl will be required later anyway. MD5 sums will be used when transfering avatars for efficient caching - avatars are identified by their MD5 sum.
Sorry for making it even harder to compile on windows...

New build system - lib, game and server. Tested on windows, but does not yet work without modifications, as it does not consider dependencies (this has stupid limitations, see http://trolltech.com/developer/task-tracker/index_html?id=79706&method=entry ). Also, the debugging files (.pdb) are overwritten for each project, the projects would need to be in separate directories for this to work.
