Added support for password protected irc channels. Added server IRC mode for admin use, to allow requesting statistics and kicking players.

Fixed some msvc problems with libircclient. Fixed auto start boost timer issue. Fixed irc thread termination (this time for real). Using strdup and free on MSVC causes "heap corruption error" in debug mode - use _strdup instead in libircclient.

Added irc support for lobby dialog. Takes some time to connect before messages can be sent/received. No special stuff yet, no user list, no connection notifications. Still work in progress.
