Use boost 1.38 on Windows. Requires update of Windows build scripts, but these are currently broken anyway, because the new g++ 4.3.3 SJLJ TDM mingw compiler causes a crash during exception unwinding when the client is disconnected by the server. Need to switch to the Dwarf2 compiler.

New build system - lib, game and server. Tested on windows, but does not yet work without modifications, as it does not consider dependencies (this has stupid limitations, see http://trolltech.com/developer/task-tracker/index_html?id=79706&method=entry ). Also, the debugging files (.pdb) are overwritten for each project, the projects would need to be in separate directories for this to work.
