Game list in Lobby is now shown and updated even after joining or creating a game. Game updates will be sent by the server at all times (even during the game).

Additional irc stuff - list of nicks, leaving/joining players. Not complete yet, renames are missing, as well as special stuff like being kicked.

Added irc support for lobby dialog. Takes some time to connect before messages can be sent/received. No special stuff yet, no user list, no connection notifications. Still work in progress.

Irc thread can now be properly terminated. Separate initialization from connecting. Add callback class for irc stuff.
