Mac OS: Using snow leopard as build platform. PowerPC architecture no longer supported. SDK set to 10.5 (leopard) due to problems compiling boost. Hopefully still runs on 10.4 (tiger), but I cannot check...

Completely rewriting all NetPacket stuff to use ASN.1. Finally this big chunk of work is completed. Compiles and links fine, but still partly non-functional.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT COMPATIBLE to 0.7.x, because it is a new network protocol.

Use boost 1.38 on Windows. Requires update of Windows build scripts, but these are currently broken anyway, because the new g++ 4.3.3 SJLJ TDM mingw compiler causes a crash during exception unwinding when the client is disconnected by the server. Need to switch to the Dwarf2 compiler.

Use TDM's gcc mingw32 compiler on Windows. (Tired of waiting for official mingw releases.) There is still a small Qt issue (will be patched from the build script) and a boost date_time issue in the server (will also be patched from the build script). Anyway, this is finally gcc 4.3 on Windows :-). Hooray!
