The server is now sending the highest set, and the client is no longer calculating it on his own. This should fix some bugs when someone goes all in with the big/small blind.

New build system - lib, game and server. Tested on windows, but does not yet work without modifications, as it does not consider dependencies (this has stupid limitations, see http://trolltech.com/developer/task-tracker/index_html?id=79706&method=entry ). Also, the debugging files (.pdb) are overwritten for each project, the projects would need to be in separate directories for this to work.
