Added irc support for lobby dialog. Takes some time to connect before messages can be sent/received. No special stuff yet, no user list, no connection notifications. Still work in progress.

Fixed compiling on mingw. With mingw, boost needs to be patched. See http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2007/06/124040.php
Hope this is fixed in the next release of boost.
