If multiple players leave/sit out at the same time, the one with more money at start of hand will get the better place. If people have the same stack, all will get the worse place.

Fixing mingw build issues. Use dll version of boost on Windows. Use official mingw gcc 4.5 with dynamic libs. This means that all boost build issues should be fixed, even on Windows.
