More than one game cannot be created yet, but this is only due to no name input. Lots of issues still, don't expect this to be stable.

New build system - lib, game and server. Tested on windows, but does not yet work without modifications, as it does not consider dependencies (this has stupid limitations, see http://trolltech.com/developer/task-tracker/index_html?id=79706&method=entry ). Also, the debugging files (.pdb) are overwritten for each project, the projects would need to be in separate directories for this to work.
